WHAT: Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission Prepares for Scorching Temps

  • Water-hydration station set up on sidewalk outside Pioneer Square Men’s Shelter
  • 700+ bottles of water on site (distribution continues via Search & Rescue until 11 p.m.)
  • Mobile shower trailer on display
  • More than 200 packets of sunscreen, bug spray, cleansing towelettes, antiseptic
  • Water available for companion pets
